Impact Solutions International

Mary Dwyer

I am a modern leader who advocates new ideas based on whole system thinking, the development of consciousness, kindness and strength.

My particular focus is developing the intellectual, emotional, and social/spiritual capacity of leaders and their organisations. My main area of current development is synthesizing over 26 years of contemporary leadership development and the ancient wisdom of the Masters, applying this to my work and my writing. Working one-on-one with with me has been described as doing an Emotional Intelligent Leadership MBA. And yes… I am still passionate after 26 years in the exploration.

Impact Solutions International was formed in 1996 driven by a desire to create the change I wished to see in the world. This morphed into specializing in leadership development and large-scale whole system change always with one eye on international peace work. I am a Master Facilitator.

At this point of my career, I am particularly interested in the exploration of the SQ  and ego part of the ISI leadership equation and the correlation to exceptional leadership.

On the Myers Briggs I am an INTJ. INTJ’s make-up 2% of the population and are known as extraordinary problem solvers & practical futurists able to understand complex problems.

What are you really passionate about?

I am passionate about the development of consciousness in leadership. In particular the relationship between SQ and leadership effectiveness. It is time for me to write again and this time I would like to focus on Spirituality in Leadership. My first book, The Final Act of Grace, won a Hay House Balboa Press Award. I said I would never write another one but I find myself putting pen to paper once again.

How has Impact Solutions International helped your development?

Impact Solutions International has provided me with opportunities too numerous to mention. This includes studying under some of the world’s foremost leadership experts from spiritual leaders to thought leaders including attending a High-Performance Leadership Program at Harvard University. In the last 10 years, I have worked in more than 16 different countries with people from a range of disciplines.

What work do you most like to do?

I find deep program design, to achieve true transformation, exciting work. I like a wicked problem. And… working the very special one-on-one leadership work, Impact Solutions International’s hallmark Executive Leadership Development Program, which has been described as the Emotionally Intelligent MBA for leaders, is always an honour and inspirational to witness.
