My purpose is to develop Futures Leaders ready to lead in a world with continuous disruptive change and ambiguity. I help organisations build strategic plans for a future they can’t see yet. I develop leaders who can lead through ambiguity and change. I help organisations understand the future of work and what leading the future looks like. I am an energetic, highly skilled collaborator, speaker and facilitator who is also a proud Tasmanian.

With 20 years’ experience in retail, customer experience and strategic management, human resources, financial services, tourism and hospitality and technology industries. I am obsessively curious about ideas and the potential that collaboration has for exponential growth in businesses.

As well as working closely with Impact Solutions International on major change projects and growing the capability of human-centred leaders across the globe I am the Founding Director or DisruptiveCo Pty Ltd, a consultancy focused on Strategy, Customer and Collaboration.

 

What are you really passionate about?

I am passionate about preparing leaders for a future where knowing what you don’t know and preparing for what you can’t see are the two most critical roles a leader can take in an organisation.

How has Impact Solutions International helped your development?

I have strengthened my skills in self development, teams development and become part of a tribe of sensational humans who genuinely will change the world.

What work do you most like to do?

I love to work with organisations who are prepared to brave the wilderness with me. I lead innovative programs that have impact and I love co-creating these with the organisations I work for.
